A Hmong girl holds a doll while her mother is breastfeeding her younger brother in Dong Van, Ha Giang province, Vietnam. The Hmong are an Asian ethnic group from the mountainous regions of China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand. In Vietnam, they are one of the large ethnic minorities living in the mountains in North and North-West area in very poor conditions of living.
