Preface
Clubsnap, Singapore’s most active photography forum welcomes participants of Crossing Bridges 10 to one of Asia’s most dynamic and exciting cities. The Organizing Committee has worked long hours to come up with a program that will promise to keep participants highly engaged, inquisitive and sleep deprived throughout the trip.
Since 2004, Crossing Bridges is an annual photography trip to a different country each year by representatives from the various photography communities in Asia (namely Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, South Korea and Sri Lanka). All communities combined, represent 860,000 + photographers
Objective of each Crossing Bridges trip every year is to
1. Network amongst members and management from the various Asian photography communities
2. Showcase and promotion of the Host Country's attractions and culture beyond what an average tourist will experience
3. Building bridges of friendship between participating countries and communities
Guest of Honor and Chief Supporter: Minister of State Chan Chun Seng (Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Defenceand and Acting Minister for Social and Family Development)
Expected participating countries : 7 to 9 (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Sri Lanka , South Korea, Thailand (tbc) and China PRC (tbc)
Expected size of group : 100 to 150 (maximum of 20 from each country)
COST per Participant: Singapore Dollars $690 (approximately US$555) to be paid in Singapore Dollars ($690)

Arrival of participants from various countries will be met at Changi Airport by CB10 volunteers. You will proceed to Bunchostel by MRT for registration and check-in procedures.
CB10 volunteers will be waiting to bring participants out for a warm up shoot and orientation of the Jalan Besar, Serangoon Road and Little India area until 4pm
Afternoon Early arrivals to be led on Little India Photowalk and shoot
Theme “Migrant Workers at Rest and Play”
End at 9-10 pm If cannot sleep, participants can go out for a Little India Night Photowalk

Monday, 16 September 2013
Sunrise in Singapore is usually at 6.45am
Today, we move out at 5am for a Morning Sunrise Shoot at the Merlion Park and Promenade area
Breakfast will be served on-site at Sunrise shoot location before we begin the All Day walk.
The day’s walk will be exciting and include
Raffles Place Financial District to capture thousands of financial sector workers on their way to work
The Esplanade
Singapore Flyer
Helix Bridge
Marina Bay Sands
Garden by the Bay (including Conservatories and Super Tree walk)
Sunset shoot of our dramatic City Skyline
Boat Quay (transportation to ferry participants from Marina Barrage to Boat Quay
Dinner at Boat Quay or Clark Quay

This morning, we move out at 5am for
Morning Sunrise Shoot at the Changi Boardwalk (concept and theme TBA)
Changi Boardwalk is a 1.2km boardwalk facing north east direction and is a favorite sunrise shoot location for many local photographers. The area also offers a glimpse of giant heritage trees, such as the Damar Gajah Hitam, Tampines tree and the Malayan Rengas
Ferry to Pulau Ubin (concept and theme TBA)
Pulau Ubin is the second largest off shore island of Singapore, after the well known , Sentosa Island in term of area. It is also home to the Chek Jawa Costal Nature Reserve
Lunch at Changi Village
Afternoon Model shoot at East Coast Park
Early box dinner
Shopping at Funan IT Mall (to be confirmed)
6pm depart for Chinese Opera shoot

Bikini Shoot at Siloso Beach

Discover Singapore’s Heartlands visit to
Tekka Wet Market
Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple
Participants will split into 2 halfs and switch between Tekka Wet Market and Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple to avoid over-crowding
Gather together at a neutral point to proceed to Toa Payoh Heartland
Afternoon walk and shoot of Joo Chiat Area
Bibi and Baba photoshoot in traditional Peranakan setting (to be confirmed)
Nonya Dinner at Joo Chiat Area
