Tình hình là bên support eye-fi nó muốn chắc chắn là mình có sử dụng thẻ chính hảng hay không mà em mua hàng xách tay không có cái này . Em nghỉ nó có thể kêu mình đem gửi lại nó để warranty nhưng em vẫn hi vọng nó đưa ra cho em cách sửa chữa , còn bảo gửi thẻ cho hảng thì em đành vứt em nó thôi .... Please locate your original receipt/invoice showing your Eye-Fi card purchase, and reply to this email with a copy attached (as a PDF, PNG, JPG, or similar file).
If you purchased the Eye-Fi card online, this could be a screenshot of your order information, including the order date, product name, and price. For eBay/auction purchases, please send a copy of the listing as well as your proof of payment.

I download SD formater already. It runs normally when im not plugging in my

It's a long shot since the card is malfunctioning even in Windows explorer, but I'd like you to try formatting the card using this program: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/for.../eula_windows/ or if you're on a Mac: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/eula_mac/

Glad to receive your email.
I have already install Eye-fi software from the link you gave me, however
when i plug my eye-fi card using Eye-fi card reader this software cant
recognise my card. When i choose settings, It says "Eye-fi card" needs to
be plugged into this computer to manage network profiles"
Here are more information for your question you gave me:
1. My computer doesnt recognise my card as a drive when i plug it in. Only
1 time it shows up but when i try to click it seems i cant access, it makes
my computer stop working due to this problems too.
2. Nothing happens when i inserted my card (no yellow pop-up bubbles)
3. Yes
4 and 5. Yes. I'm using Eye-fi card reader and also try other SD card
reader but nothing change.

If you haven't already, I'd like you to download and install our Eye-Fi software from here: http://support.eye.fi/downloads/
Afterwards, please provide me with the following information so I may troubleshoot your issue further.
-Does the computer recognize the card as a drive in My Computer on a PC or mount to the desktop on a Mac?
-Do you get any messages (yellow pop-up bubbles) from Eye-Fi Helper when the card is inserted?
-Does this happen with multiple USB ports?
-Are you currently using the Eye-Fi USB Card reader?
-Do you have another SD card reader you can try?

When i plug my card to my computer, my Kaspersky software "Autorun" virus on my Eye-fi card, then i formated my card. However, after i did this, my computer cant recognise my card, when i plug my eye-fi card into card reader hub nothing happen, no new hardware found. Also when i insert in to my camera it says that card is not formated but when i use the format function in camera, the camera has error and card cant be formated. What should i do?
